What is home automation?
Home Automation Integrates technology into systems within the home for added convenience, security or energy efficiency.  Typically these are security/alarm systems, home theaters and whole house audio but also include automation of lighting, thermostats, window coverings or other appliances.  Many new technology systems have the ability to be controlled remotely through an app on your Smartphone, enabling control of your home even while you are at work or on vacation.

Do I have to register on your site to be able to buy something?
Registration is not necessary on many of our items.  Unless otherwise indicated, products are available for purchase without registration.

If I have a problem, can I return my purchase?
Yes but we strongly encourage you to review all the product specifications before you make your purchase.  Ensure that it is compatible with your system and has the features that you want.  If you have additional questions regarding a product please call us before making your purchase.

I am a homeowner and want to add some automation to my home, but I dont know where to begin. What should I do?
We can assist you with designing your home automation system.  Just click on the "Design Your System" tab at the top of our web page and fill out the questionnaire.  Once you submit that form, we will contact you via phone or email with technical support and assistance.  Remember, you can always call us with any questions you may have.

I purchased a part from your website and am having difficulty installing it.  Do I need to call the manufacturer or can you help?

How come some of your products don't have prices listed for them?

I am interested in your Automated Window Coverings.  How can I find out how much they cost?
You can download the Window Covering Quote request form here and email it to us at  You can also email us the details of the job, including type of covering you want (roller shades, drapery etc.), width and length of windows and how you want to control the shades.  Please include any other information that you may have (Type of fabric, mount etc.).  With that information we can get you a basic price quote, typically within 24 hours.

Do you have a showroom where I can see some of your products actually working?
