2017  TERMS AND CONDITIONS

ORDERING: Call 1-877-404-7386 to directly connect with our Distribution Center, which will provide your business with the information, support and products you need, along with quotations, product information and technical assistance. DPCs operating hours are from 8AM to 4:30PM MST, Monday through Friday. Orders can be placed via our website: www.dpcdist.com or by facsimile at (866) 908-2061 24 hours a day. You can also email orders to: info@dpcdist.com.
 
MAP PRICING:  All Manufacturers are enforcing MAP pricing policies and MUST be adhered to by anyone making a purchase from DPC.
 

SAME DAY SHIPPING: All orders received by 2:00PM MST will be shipped out on the same day, depending on product availability. Our standard method of shipping is USPS or Federal Express Ground. Guaranteed two-day, overnight and Saturday deliveries are available. All shipments are F.O.B. Scottsdale, Arizona.

 

DROP SHIPMENTS: We can ship directly to your construction site, or as requested by your client. Please make sure that someone is available to sign for the package(s) or arrange for a signature release on file with the carrier. Manufacturer special orders, large orders and expedited orders may also be drop-shipped directly from the manufacturer to your location. Although DPCdoes not charge for drop-shipments, please note that several manufacturers do charge a drop-ship fee. You will be billed separately for any incurred drop-ship fees and shipping costs.

 

WILL CALL ORDERS:  All Will Call orders will be shipped to address on file, if not picked up within 48 hours of placing the order. Credit card on file will be charged at time of shipping.

 

INSURANCE: Orders under $100.00 are automatically insured by most couriers but orders greater than $100 will incur an additional insurance fee. YOU MUST LET US KNOW IF YOU WANT YOUR SHIPMENT INSURED.

 

PAYMENT TERMS: DPC accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal & Discover with no additional credit charges. All portions of the Dealer/Credit Application MUST be filled out completely. Partially completed applications will not be processed. A Dealer/Credit Application is required for open terms or credit card orders. A $25.00 fee will be charged for all returned checks.

 

REFUSALS: Any orders that are refused or are undeliverable will be charged shipping fees and a restocking fee of 20% of the invoiced amount. Most carriers will impose a $10 address correction fee, which DPC Distributors WILL BILL YOU FOR if an incorrect address is given at time of the order. This includes, but is not limited to, incorrect street addresses, missing suite or apartment numbers, or incorrect zip codes. To avoid the above, please confirm accurate shipping information at time of order.

 

PRICING: Prices on our website supersede all previous pricing. Although catalog price is generally held, prices may change due to market fluctuation. This can result in lower pricing to the customer. Prices and specifications are subject to change without notice.

 

SHIPPING DAMAGE: Every effort is made to pack all goods to prevent damage during shipping.  If damage should occur, you must notify THE CARRIER within five (5) days of receipt of the package.  YOU will need to file a claim with the carrier. Most carriers reserve the right to inspect packaging and damaged products; credit may not be issued if packaging is not available for inspection. If your package arrives visibly damaged, please ask your courier to make a note of damage at time of the delivery.

 

DEFECTIVE OUT-OF-BOX RETURNS: DPC understands how frustrating it can be to receive a defective product. Subject to the product manufacturer warranty requirements, DPC will replace defective products returned to us within 10 days of the invoice date. Defective products must be returned in the manufacturer's original, unblemished packing and the carton must include all components and other items originally packaged with the product, including all manuals. DO NOT write on or use the product packaging as a shipping box. The customer pays shipping to DPC, and DPC pays for the domestic return shipping to customer. If any items are D.O.A from the manufacturer and incur repair charges, these charges will be billed to the customer unless prior arrangements are made with DPC. We will do everything we can to accomodate your inconvenience but some manufacturers require that you deal with them directly.

 

ALL RETURNS: You must contact DPC within 5 business days of purchase to request a RMA. All returns must be COMPLETED within 20 days from the date of purchase . All new and unused products that are currently manufactured, in their original packaging, with all hardware and manuals, in resalable condition, can be returned but may incur a 20% restocking fee (or whatever we are charged by the manufacturer, if more). Products not meeting these criteria, in most cases, cannot be returned or will be subject to a 20% restocking fee (or whatever we are charged by the manufacturer, if more). Due to copyright laws, software, books, and manuals are not returnable. Wire is also not returnable. Shipping charges are not refundable and returns must be sent to DPC Distributors, freight prepaid. DPC is not responsible for returns which are lost or damaged during shipping. Our RMA request form must be completed before an RMA number can be issued. To obtain an RMA request form, contact us at our toll-free number 1-877-404-7386. RMA numbers ensure proper credit to be issued or that replacement product is handled correctly. You must write the RMA number on the outside of the package you are returning, not on the manufacturer's package. RMA numbers are valid for 10 days from the date of issuance. Returns without an RMA number on the box will be refused. Products returned will be given in-store credit. Products returned which were originally purchased with a credit card will be given in-store credit for the amount originally paid, less re-stocking fee, if applicable, unless otherwise requested. Please note: No returns on special order merchandise. Please verify compatibility and customer commitment prior to ordering these items.
