The ProxSwitch reader is a standalone unit capable of storing the ID of 20R FID tags.

The reader is designed for setting and unsetting intruder alarm systems and is designed for connection to alarm panels. The unit has a tamper switch and 2 line sensing resistors.

The reader consists of three parts: a potted unit containing the electronics, a front cover and an optional spacer plate. This kit also includes 4 keyfobs. A fixed 10 way color coded cable protrudes from the back of the potted unit.
