This Outbound Relay Trigger controller will enhance the existing DoorBell Fon system by providing dry contact closure off the star (*) or other selected keys on the telephone keypad by using dipswitch S1.  This product is a great add-on component  that will trigger the operation of electrical devices that you may want to operate from your telephone by pressing (*).  Also referred to as the door strike controller.

FEATURES:

• New DP29-SW functions the same as the discontinued DP28-SW with the following improvements:
  - New footprint by using patented Universal Mounting Rack System
  - Easy Setting to select between NO (normally open) and NC (normally closed) by JP4
  - Easy to re-configure the control code by using the dipswitch S1
• Will operate any electrical device from 1A 125 vac/2A 30 vdc
• Wires in series with the Door Station
• Line powered, no need for separate power source
• Simple wiring procedure
• Provides 3+ seconds of dry contact using the (*) key on the phone to operate a gate opener or electric strike/deadbolt lock, or press and hold the (*) to extend the contact time.  For cordless phones or some PBX/KSU, press the (*) key 3 continuous times to operate
