Detailed Description
Take Destination Audio’s VC100S impedance matching volume control; add an IR target with status indication and you have the VC100SI. It mounts in a single gang junction box and features of a status LED indicating the on and off function. The VC100SI was designed to be used with Destination Audio’s IR components. The VC100SI handles up to 100 Watts per channel and up to 8 pairs of speakers making easy work of managing the output level of speakers in distributed audio systems such as whole-house audio. Destination Audio volume controls feature impedance-matching circuitry to present an easy load and help extend the life of your amplifier. The pop-free 12-step level reduction offers clean volume level control for 4 and/or 8 Ohm speakers. This impedance matching volume control can be used with your existing stereo receiver to distribute music throughout your entire home. Jumpers on the volume controls can be adjusted to compensate for the number of speakers used in your system.
The volume controls also include removable wire terminals and will match virtually any decor; five trim colors are included with each model: white, almond, bone, brown and black.
