Detailed Description
The ShatterPro Plus is an acoustic glassbreak sensor combined with a passive infrared motion detector (PIR) for the purpose of eliminating occupant generated false alarms.
It will extend acoustic glassbreak technology to occupied areas, allowing these sensors to be armed while people or pets are present. Simply put, when a person enters the field of view of the motion detector the glassbreak sensor is shunted during the period of occupancy. This eliminates false alarms generated from normal noise levels during occupied hours at work or at home. The ShatterPro Plus can be wired into a 24-hour perimeter loop, free from concerns about false alarms generated by a noisy environment.
Standard Features:
• 24-hour acoustic glassbreak application
• Motion-sensitive sensor determines if area is occupied and eliminates resident-generated false alarms
• Combines high-quality ShatterPro II analysis with SureShot™ motion signal analysis and detection patterns
• Two-relay output arms either perimeter, interior loop, or both
